We stand behind our products with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, you can:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
• Email our support team at support@onepersonaibusiness.com with your order confirmation and we will assist with processing your refund through Paddle.

Refund requests are typically reviewed within 3–5 business days. Once approved, funds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle.

After 30 days, refunds are generally no longer available, but we may still consider requests on a case-by-case basis if you experience a technical issue such as a duplicate charge, a corrupted file, or non-delivery of your purchase. Please contact our support team and we will work with you and Paddle to resolve the issue.

Initiating a chargeback with your payment provider instead of contacting our support team or Paddle may delay the resolution of your issue. We ask that you contact us or Paddle first so that a refund can be issued directly. We reserve the right to dispute invalid chargebacks and report fraudulent claims to Paddle.
