We sell digital products, including but not limited to the One-Person AI Business Blueprint ebook and associated digital resources. All products are delivered electronically via download link or email after successful payment. No physical goods are shipped.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by our reseller Paddle (see Section 3a). By submitting a payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method and that all information you provide is accurate. We reserve the right to change prices, products, or promotions at any time without prior notice.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, invoicing, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms, which you accept when you complete checkout.

All content on the Website and within our digital products — including text, graphics, logos, frameworks, templates, and the underlying methodology — is the exclusive property of Geosystems AI and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

When you purchase a digital product from us, you are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive, personal license to access and use that product for your own individual learning, reference, and business use.

You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, or republish our content in whole or in part.
• Use our products to build a competing course, ebook, or training program.
• Modify, translate, or create derivative works from our materials.
• Share login credentials or download links with others.
• Use our materials for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

You may not resell, sublicense, rent, lease, distribute, or otherwise transfer any of our digital products to any third party. Doing so constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in termination of your license without refund and legal action.

The One-Person AI Business Blueprint and our other materials are provided for educational and informational purposes only. We make no guarantees of income, business results, or specific outcomes. Your results depend on your effort, skills, market conditions, and many factors outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Geosystems AI, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Website or our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last revised. Your continued use of the Website or our products after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
